Space City Collective receives sponsor and vendor inquiries submitted through the website so its team can respond about festival participation.

The website uses Google Analytics through Cloudflare Zaraz to measure visits and actions such as opening directions, adding the event to a calendar, following a social link, or submitting an inquiry. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or form messages to Google Analytics.
Links shared in social posts, emails, and printed QR codes may contain campaign parameters. These help us understand which outreach brought visitors to the website and may be included with a business inquiry.

- Google Analytics provides website and campaign measurement.
- Google Maps supplies the embedded venue map and directions.
These providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request timestamps as necessary to deliver, secure, or measure their services. Web3Forms may retain submissions for up to three years under its published retention schedule, unless they are deleted sooner.
How information is used
We use information collected through this website to:
- Respond to sponsor and vendor inquiries.
- Coordinate participation in the festival.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Measure attendance interest and the effectiveness of event outreach.
